Interim project manager for machine and line investments

When nobody has the time to take a project from specification to handover to production, we manage it for you as interim project managers. We speak the language of design, production and purchasing.

Your project is led by Ladislav Janovec, Astratech's founder, who managed capital projects in the European plants of an international group.

Frequently asked questions

How is an interim project manager billed?

Hourly or as a fixed project price. The scope, meaning how many days a week and for how long, is agreed per project.

How long can you stay on a project?

For the whole project or just part of it: specification, tender, delivery or handover to production. Duration and scope are confirmed in the quote.

Do you travel to customer sites?

Yes, wherever the project needs us. Most often the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland; we have also worked in the US. Line analysis, measurement, commissioning.

Need someone to see the project through?

Describe the project, the deadline and what you already have. Within 2 working days you get a quote, or the questions we need answered to prepare one.
