Deadline Guardian: App for iOS, Android and Web
Our own app that keeps track of inspections, servicing, insurance and warranties. From design to release on the App Store, Google Play and the web, in four languages.
Brief
Boiler service, vehicle inspection, fire extinguisher, insurance, the dog's vaccination or warranties: every deadline lives somewhere else and is easy to forget. We wanted one place that reminds you on its own and works out the next date once a task is done.
Solution
We designed and built one codebase for iOS, Android and the web. Users add an item such as a car, a flat or a dog, add a deadline, and the app reminds them 30, 7 and 1 day ahead and on the day. Once done, they record the supplier, the price and a photo of the report, and the app schedules the next date.
Result
- Publicly launched in June 2026 on the App Store, Google Play and the web.
- In Czech, English, German and Slovak; users in the Czech Republic and Germany.
