FEA structural analysis and simulation

We verify that the design will hold, and show it before it is built. Calculations that need an authorised engineer's stamp are covered by our partner specialists.

FEA result: plastic strain distribution in a part

FEA and simulation

  • Structural FEA of specific parts and assemblies
  • Thermal analyses
  • Shape optimisation and material savings
  • Sensitivity analyses to find weak points in the design
  • Safety and service-life checks
  • Calculations signed and stamped by a certified engineer where regulations require it

Visualisation

  • Photorealistic images for marketing without building a prototype
  • Exploded-view and motion animations of assemblies
  • Assembly and service manuals for print and digital use

Reverse engineering

  • 3D scanning of existing parts and whole products
  • Dimensional reports against the drawing
  • Rebuilding as a parametric 3D model

What you get

  • Analysis report with conclusions and recommended changes
  • Renders and animations in the required resolution and format
  • Manual ready for print or PDF
  • Model and drawings from the scan

We are based in Chomutov, Czech Republic, and run analyses remotely for customers across Europe.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an FEA calculation cost?

It depends on the number of parts and load cases and on whether the calculation has to be signed and stamped by a certified engineer. We confirm scope and price after reviewing the model.

Do you work in our CAD and PDM?

Yes. Creo, CATIA, Inventor, SolidWorks and Fusion 360, in your PDM, with your templates, standards and numbering. Remotely or on site. For a Swiss machine builder, for example, we worked in its SolidWorks 2024 templates, numbering and rules.

Need to know the design will hold?

Send the model and describe the loads. Within 2 working days you get a quote, or the questions we need answered to prepare one.
