Special-purpose machines and fixtures: design and build
We design machines and workstations that shorten cycle time, secure quality or replace a manual operation. We build smaller machines and fixtures ourselves and deliver larger ones turnkey through trusted partners.

What special-purpose machines we design
- Assembly stations and manual workstations with operator guidance
- Inspection equipment measuring forces and dimensions, with readers and label printing
- Fixtures for welding, assembly and quality control
- Manipulators, feeders, conveyors, rotary tables, end effectors
- Steel structures and weldments, designer trained to EN 15085
- Integration with company databases, barcodes, RFID
How we proceed
- Analysis of the operation at the line or from your documents
- Concept with cycle-time and cost estimate, then detailed design
- Build: smaller machines in-house, larger ones through trusted partners
- Installation, commissioning and operator training
- On site wherever the project needs us
Where our machines run
An infrared lamp for automatic tube shrinking on weaving-machine harnesses paid for itself in about 2 months. Our team also designed the inspection station and assembly line for a passenger car armrest, a machine cutting car door seals and fixtures for a railway distribution cabinet.
What you get
- 3D model of the machine for safety and ergonomics review
- Production drawings, BOM, purchased-parts list
- Inputs for electrical and pneumatic design
- The finished machine, assembly and service manual
- CE marking of the machine, arranged with a specialist partner
- On request, a service app for the machine: maintenance reminders, service history, QR code
We are based in Chomutov, Czech Republic, and come to your line in the Czech Republic, Germany or Switzerland, or wherever the project needs us.

How much does a special-purpose machine cost?
It depends on the operation, the level of automation and who builds the machine. You first get a concept with a cycle-time and cost estimate; only then do we start the detailed design.
Can you build the machine too?
We build smaller machines and fixtures ourselves and deliver larger ones turnkey through trusted partners.
Do you travel to customer sites?
Yes, wherever the project needs us. Most often the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland; we have also worked in the US. Line analysis, measurement, commissioning.
Want to speed up or check an operation?
Describe the operation you want to speed up or check and attach a photo from the line. Within 2 working days you get a quote, or the questions we need answered to prepare one.
