What data we process

The data you send us in an enquiry or e-mail: name, company, e-mail, phone and the content of your message including attachments. When you visit the website, our host processes technical data (IP address, time and page visited) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Why

To handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract and its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where an employee sends the enquiry on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)). We process technical data from website visits on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long

For as long as we handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards only as long as required by law or to protect our rights.

Who receives it

We never sell your data. Our e-mail provider (Microsoft), website host (Cloudflare) and form delivery service (Resend) process it on our behalf only. These providers may also process data in the USA, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any tools that track visitors.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@astratech.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
