Where the experience comes from
We designed the CleanSpray FX single-use faucet filter from scratch through to PPAP; it is now sold as an FDA-listed medical device. Astratech's founder took part in developing the UWP mounting system at Honeywell, which resulted in 6 granted US patents.

Prototypes and 3D printing
We print functional prototypes in-house on a Prusa CORE One, so you hold the first part before the mould is ordered. We also design specifically for 3D printing.

How much does product development cost?
It depends on which phases you need: concept, design, prototypes, tooling and PPAP. We price it phase by phase, so you know the cost to the first prototype and to series production.
