Service and inspection apps for machines

Your customers register the machine, the app reminds them of maintenance and you see the service history of every unit. It is designed by engineers who design machines themselves. We build the same kind of app for inspections and checks in your own plant.

Our Deadline Guardian app on three phones
Our own app, Deadline Guardian. We build service apps for your machines on the same foundation.

What we build

  • Service apps for your machines: customers register a machine and get maintenance reminders, you see the service history
  • A QR code on the machine: manual, history and fault reporting in one scan
  • Digital inspections and checks: mobile checklists, photos, sign-off and reminders for the next date
  • Web dashboards for management: deadlines, costs and equipment status in one place
  • Connection to machine and building data: sensors, control systems and dashboards

How we work

  • We start with a small first version you test in operation
  • iOS, Android and web from one codebase
  • Multilingual apps: Czech, English, German
  • NDA before the first data exchange
  • Hourly or fixed price per stage

Who it is for

Mainly for machine builders who want to stay in touch with customers after the sale: remind them of maintenance and see the service history of every machine. And for plants that track inspections, checks and maintenance in spreadsheets or on paper. We understand both machines and software. We connect machines, inspections and people, because your app is designed by engineers who design machines themselves.

What you get

  • Apps for iOS, Android and the web
  • Admin and dashboards for your team
  • Integration with your systems where it makes sense
  • Operation, updates and further development if you want them

Frequently asked questions

How much does app development cost?

It depends on the scope and the integration with your systems. We start with a small first version you test in operation and add features in stages, each with its own price. After the first meeting you get a budget and a schedule.

Which devices will the app run on?

On iOS and Android phones and in the web browser, from one codebase, just like our Deadline Guardian app. For in-house use the web version without installation is often enough.

Who owns the source code and the data?

As agreed in the order. Ownership of the source code and data, and where the app runs, are set up to suit you.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the first data exchange. Your template or ours.

Tracking servicing and inspections in spreadsheets?

Describe what you track today and who works with it. Within 2 working days you get a proposal for a first version, or the questions we need answered to plan it.
