Distribution Cabinet for Railway Transport

Brief

The supplier's data was not ready for efficient production of the welded distribution cabinet, and the required dimensions and tolerances of the whole product had to be documented.

Solution

We reworked the supplied data, set up production steps, designed welding and quality-inspection fixtures and supported production throughout. The finished product was 3D scanned.

Result

• Production achieved the required dimensions and tolerances.
• A dimensional report of the entire product from the 3D scan as quality evidence.
